Accuracy, Damages, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds 

You are required to verify your order upon its receipt but, in any case, no later than seven (7) days from its receipt.  

We cannot accept any returns on derma cosmetic products.

Nevertheless, if you receive a defective, damaged or wrong (but still unused) product, then we can evaluate and correct the matter.

In this case, you are required to submit evidence in the form of photos or video no later than seven (7) days from its receipt to the following email address: inquires@cimelstore.com and we will make a fair determination whether to request you to return the product, to ship a replacement product or/and to reimburse you.  All returned products must be unused.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will honor the European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period if it applies to your order, and provided it is returned in the same condition you received it, unopened and unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned products, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If we approve your refund, then you should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days using your original payment method.  Please consider that it can take more time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please contact us at inquires@cimelstore.com if more than fifteen (15)  business days have passed since we approved your return, and only after you contacted your bank and confirmed they have not yet received the refund.
